Packed to the brim with nutrients, and super simple to make, this delicious smoothie is great for weight-loss, cholesterol levels and heart health–and is loaded with anti-aging antioxidants.
1 3/4 inch thick slice tofu (high in protein and calcium)
1 cup soy milk, unsweetened or other milk alternative.
1 cup frozen blueberries (the antioxidant rich, free-radical fighting, cholesterol lowering, immunity boosting super fruit)
1 large banana
1 cup raw spinach (super high in antioxidants, packed with iron and great for regulating blood sugar levels)
Method: Simply toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
