Ingredients

1 shot tequila
1.5 shots orange juice
0.5 shot grenadine

Pour tequila into a chilled hi ball glass, float the grenadine and top off with orange juice.

Ingredients

1 shot gin
1 shot campari
1 shot sweet vermouth

Build over ice in a tumbler glass and stir. Garnish with a twist of orange around a cinnamon stick.

The mint and soda in this classic Cuban Mojito makes for a refreshing cocktail and is a great choice for cooling down and relaxing with friends on the weekend.

Ingredients

2 shots rum
2 heaped spoons of sugar 10 mint leaves
1.5 lime soda

Put the lime and sugar into a glass and muddle. Put the mint leaves into one hand and clap to release the fragrance. Rub mint leaves around the glass and drop in. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and add rum, a splash of soda and garnish with mint.

THE CELEBRATION FIZZ: CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Served: straight up, no ice
Standard garnish: twist of orange

Toast special moments in style with this classic French Champagne Cocktail.

Ingredients

Champagne
¾ shot brandy 1 sugar cube
Splash of angostura bitters

Place the sugar cube onto a spoon and add 2 dashes of angostura bitters. Drop the soaked sugar cube into a flute and add the brandy. Top the glass with champagne and garnish with a twist of orange.
