5 Exercises That Burn Fat Fast

If you want to feel like the best version of yourself then it’s important to ensure you are doing the right kind and types of exercises, for the most effective results. We are all so busy all the time so there’s no point in wasting your time in the gym and not getting the best out of it. High-intensity interval training, better known as, HIIT is the best way to get fit, feel good and look good. We spoke to co- founder of ZADI Fitness, Adala Bolto about what the best movements are for women.  

HIIT training is really the most effective way to burn fat fast. Adala has combined the most powerful movements to burn fat at a rapid pase. This workout combines strength training and HIIT to give you a rock-solid core, lean legs, and defined arms. These are some of the foundation exercises and if you master them, they will help you with a variety of other moves of your everyday living, so you can start to move more efficiently at any age and to add more variety into your workouts with less risk of injury or bad form.

Complete 3 times per week for best results.

Warm up:

Complete the below sequence for 3 x rounds to warm up your entire body and increase heart your rate.

30 seconds skipping 

30 seconds mountain climbers 

Workout:  ZADI Toned AF – Freestyle 20 repetition Challenge.

Duration: 15mins


Complete 20 repetitions of all five exercises, in any order. Break up the 20 repetitions in any way you like, but the aim to complete all the reps in 15mins. A simple yet effective workout allowing you to focus on great form which is key if you want to see results. You know it’s time to move on to another exercise as soon as your technique and posture is no longer on point. Freestyle your way through all 5 exercises but complete all the reps before your time is up. Good luck ladies!
