Planning what you eat is key to eating food that supports your lifestyle, exercise regime and budget. The devil is in the detail and it’s all about your organisation; try on-line shopping, write your shopping list and shop for the week. Once you get into a routine you’ll be able to swap ingredients in and out of your plan to keep it interesting.
It is important you remain hydrated – keep a jug of water on your desk, a pot of herbal tea, vegetable juice, or smoothies.
