This Back & Shoulder Sculptor workout will not only give you amazing shape in your back but it will also burn fat & calories at the same time. Our back possesses some of the biggest muscles in the upper body so when we train them we are increasing our lean muscle which in turn increases our resting metabolism. In short you will be burning more fat & calories watching TV or reading a book!

What you will need

– Dumbbells
– Fitball
– Light resistance band

The exercises

– Fitball Row
– Poliquin Raise
– Shoulder Press
– Rear Delt
– Combo Raise
– Bent Over Band Raise
– Beep Squat Press

The secondary advantages to back training are the postural benefits. Good posture makes you appear taller and have more presence so what are you waiting for? Just press play and sculpt your body WITH me!
