We’re quite vocal from the sidelines when it comes to peering into the Hollywood fishbowl – “No, I’m sure Jennifer Aniston is pregnant, that is definitely not a taco belly” – you get the drill. Although that level of fame is more than likely something we’d rather not partake in (I don’t know about you but I’d live happily ever after not snapped leaving the gym – ever), adopting a little style nuance from the stars is perfectly acceptable – like having your own big-name stylist on hand without the price tag. We’ve whittled down Spring’s own celebrity standouts to keep you ahead of the curve.
The Summer Suit
Gigi was snapped recently in a head-to-toe striped suit, complete with abs-bearing crop top – whilst it’s completely your call on how full throttle you go in the torso arena, the idea is perfect for Spring. Pastels, prints, preppy – warmer weather calls for a rework to your tailoring. Keep the fresh vibes rolling with clean, neutral accessories.

The Graphic Tee
Sometimes a look says it all – particularly when it’s already emblazoned across your chest. A key casual amongst the L.A. celebrity cognoscenti, you wouldn’t be caught dead down Melrose without it. Play it up with beat-up denim and an it sneaker (all white leather, of course) for a stylish brunch moment.

The Seersucker Dress
As much as we’re down for an LBD, it feels a little heavy for the warmer months. Trade it in for a little seersucker number (the puckered cotton you most likely remember from the ages of 6 and under) – a little Lana Turner in The Postman Always Rings Twice, if you will. Think Dolce Vita and spin it with a tan leather sandal and a personality-plus clutch.

The Denim Skirt
The daggy denim skirt of the early 2000’s has been reborn care of an iconic jean – the Levi’s 501, to be exact. A little more relaxed complete with a frayed hem and slouchier A-line shape, it screams celeb off-duty (if you care to double check, Re/Done’s take is an endless sea of Goggle images for inspiration). Dress it up with a heel and a silky cami or blouse, or keep it cool in a crisp white tee and flats.

The Spliced Midi Skirt
Easy, breezy, beautiful – it’s what the celebs would have you believe is their 24/7 (only if they have a killer publicist, but we’re not judging). Always smart to have a little spliced silky separate on hand to swan past the paparazzi in – this versatile baby will take you from day to night quicker than photographers run from Kanye West when he’s in a mood.

The Embellished Slides
We’ve swum through the sea of Adidas and Nike sport slides that hit us like a tidal wave last summer – and whilst these are still the shoe du jour, the slide has grown up a little. Embellished and embroidered numbers are trickling through, proving that the slide has more longevity than only poolside. Pair them back with a slinky slip dress for a 24/7 outfit.

The Nude Silk Dress
The white out of last season still has its stronghold, but another neutral is inching through as our Spring MVP – nudes and blushes. If Kendall et al approve, you know you’re onto a winner. This shade is a little softer on the skin tone, so keep it tonal with warm golds or tan accessories.
