Christmas Chocolate Breakfast Mousse Recipe

It’s the holiday season and you deserve to treat yourself to this guilt-free and delicious chocolate breakfast mousse by dietician Deanna Mak from Bodiology. It will curb all your sweet tooth cravings and actually be good for you.

Serves 4


2 ½ ripe avocadoes
400ml coconut cream
½ cup cacao powder
40g (2 scoops) Chocolate Protein Powder
½ cup pure maple syrup
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla


Bee Pollen (optional)
Coconut, shredded (optional)


Place avocado, coconut cream, cacao, protein powder, maple Syrup, salt and vanilla into a food processor or blender. Mix well until completely smooth. Divide mixture into 4 bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight) until cold. Top with berries, bee pollen and coconut.
