Serves 1
Ingredients
30 ml Coffee/ Shot of Coffee
1 Banana, Frozen
1 ½ cups Almond Milk, or milk of choice
½ tbsp Coconut Cream
tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
30g Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tbsp Rolled Oats, or quinoa flakes if gluten-free
1 cup/s Water
Method
Blend all ingredients together and serve.
