Chocolate Mousse Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This smoothie bowl is the ultimate healthy, chocolate indulgence. The recipe is free of added refined sugars Califia Farms Spokesperson and Nutritionist, Jessica Sepel shares this smooth, creamy smoothie bowl which contains a balance of fibre, good fats, healthy carbs and protein that keeps your blood sugar levels stable!

Serves: 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 tbsp cacao powder
1 frozen banana, chopped
½ frozen zucchini
¼ avocado
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 serve vegan chocolate protein powder
Handful ice cubes

To serve:

Cacao nibs
Raspberries
Shredded coconut

 

Method

1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with cacao nibs, raspberries and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
