This coconut bowl recipe combined the power of açai with energy-boosting banana and everyone’s food-du-jour coconut in a truly delicious, nutritional meal that tastes as good as it looks.

Coconut Acai Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Amazonia Energy Smoothie packs
1 coconut
banana
strawberries
granola
blueberries

Method: 

1. Put the coconut juice from the coconut, the Amazonia Energy Smoothie pack, and some banana in a blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Put blended mixture back into the body of the coconut (optional)

4. Add granola, strawberries and blueberries
