The perfect curl

• Apply a heat protecting product throughout the hair, concentrating on the ends. Use the hairdryer to blow dry hair through.
• Using a straightener, take 1.5 inch sections of hair and clamp the hair section at the root vertically. As you glide the straightener down the hair, spin and pull the straightener out to the ends. Alternate the direction you turn the straightener on every section of hair for perfect waves.
• Give your waves a tousle to create a natural-looking finish.
Tip: Wash your hair the night before. This will allow the natural oils to help you style your hair.
Sleek and Straight

• Using a medium round brush, section damp hair into three areas: the bottom nape (from below the ear down), the middle section across the head (temple down) and then the remaining top section (crown). Apply a styling heat protecter and use the hairdryer to blow out each section of the hair for a smooth finish.
• Starting at the nape of the neck, take sections of 1-inch from the head. Ensuring the hair is brushed, glide the hair straightener, through each section from top to bottom.
• Using a medium brush, brush the hair to remove frizz. For that poker-straight hair, comb the hair down very tight onto the head.
Tip: If you still have some stubborn baby hairs peeking through, apply a little smoothing balm and finish with a glossy shine spray to complete that sleek luxurious finish.
All bets on the braid

• Using a medium round brush, section the damp hair into three areas: the bottom nape (from below the ear down), the middle section across the head (temple down) and then the remaining top section (crown). Apply a styling heat protecter and hairdryer to dry each section of the hair for a smooth finish.
• Part hair at the centre into two sections.
• Divide hair of one section into a further three equal sections. Braid hair back regularly by crossing the right section over the middle and then repeat this move with the left section. Remember to gather additional hair and add it into each part as you move down the braid. Repeat with the second section so you have two braids.
• Tuck the braids in place at the back of your head and pin with bobby pins. To set, finish off with a light hairspray.
Tip: After work, you can take out your braid to achieve a natural and wavy look.
