Double Dragon Green Smoothie Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup oats
1⁄2 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
3⁄4 cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon almond butter
Pinch of coarse sea salt
+
1 cup swiss chard
1⁄2 frozen banana
1⁄2 teaspoon honey
1⁄2 cup almond milk
3 ice cubes
Method:
- Blend the first five ingredients on high for 30 seconds, pour into a glass.
- Blend the last 5 ingredients on high for 30 seconds, gently pour on top of the first layer.
