Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Packed to the brim with nutrients, and super simple to make, this delicious smoothie is great for weight-loss, cholesterol levels and heart health–and is loaded with anti-aging antioxidants.

Ingredients
1 3/4 inch thick slice tofu (high in protein and calcium)
1 cup soy milk, unsweetened or other milk alternative.
1 cup frozen blueberries (the antioxidant rich, free-radical fighting, cholesterol lowering, immunity boosting super fruit)
1 large banana
1 cup raw spinach (super high in antioxidants, packed with iron and great for regulating blood sugar levels)

Method: Simply toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
Banana and Almond Smoothie Recipe


Make your body sing with this super yummy smoothie recipe, loaded with vitamins, minerals and omega 3s. It’ll help you feel fuller for longer, will keep cholesterol levels in check and help curb those sugar cravings too!

Ingredients
1 large frozen banana. Tip: break up your banana into large chunks before freezing.
1 heaped teaspoon of almond butter (rich in antioxidants, controls blood sugar and great for heart health).
2 teaspoons flax seed (high in Omega-3s, and great for immune system and cholesterol levels).
1/2 cup almond milk, regular milk or yogurt. Drizzle of honey, maple syrup or agave syrup.
Small drop of almond extract (or vanilla extract)

Method
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Too easy!

Coconut Milk Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1 banana
2 cups raw spinach (antioxidant-rich, packed with iron and great for regulating blood sugar levels)

Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
