And thankfully, the rich cultural diversity of Australia’s migrant population has allowed us to enjoy some of the best.

For those who like to shop and eat, Red Door is a traditional answer. And those who sing the suburb’s praises will strongly endorse the Hong Kong style Tai Pan in Doncaster.
Adelaide
Near the Central Markets, you can find the home of piping hot dim sum in SA with Ding Hao Restaurant, known for some of the freshest Chinese fare in town. Café Kowloon and Citi Zen are also hot spots for trolley heaven.
Brisbane
Brisbane’s Yum Cha experience is very much influenced by the strong Chinese population that has enriched the city’s dining culture. A traditional Cantonese favourite is Beijing House on Queen Street, or the more hardcore diner may prefer the 54 dim sum strong offering of Big Gun Chinese Restaurant, at Big Gun Shopping Centre, Logan.
Perth
