Berry Good Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe

You can now create your own insta-worthy breakfast bowl from home and have all your friends will be liking wanting to know all your secret. Healthyroo’s Partnering Nutritionist, Rebecca Gawthorne shares how her recipe on creating this drool worthy smoothie bowl.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup raspberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 scoop of protein
• 1 mango cheek, diced
• 1/2 dragonfruit, diced
• 1tbs shredded coconut

Method:

1.  Place 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries & ZEST SLIM in blender & blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients to enjoy!
