An old childhood favourite has now been recreated by Personal Trainer, Sam Wood. There will be no turning back, especially when you know you can enjoy this guilt free.

Ingredients
1 cup almonds (raw and unsalted) 1 cup coconut flakes
8 medjool dates pitted
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil (extra virgin) melted 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup cacao nibs
Method
1. Using a blender, blitz the almonds. Once blended place into a large mixing bowl. 2. Blend coconut, dates and cacao and stir into the mixing bowl.
3. Add the oil, rice malt syrup, chia seeds and cacao nibs and mix thoroughly.
4. Press into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and chill in the fridge until firm.
5. Remove from the fridge, slice into 16 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
