Scarlett Johansson Engaged
Scarlett Johansson is getting ready to take her second trip down the aisle! The gorgeous star and her partner of just nine months have reportedly been engaged since August with a source close to the couple telling People, “They’re engaged and very happy.”
So who is the lucky guy? Romain Dauric — a French journalist, former editor of the urban art magazine Clark, and today the manager of a creative agency. He and Scarlett allegedly met through mutual friend tattoo artist Fuzi and the pair went public at the premiere of her movie Hitchcock last year.
As is typical of A-listers with everyday partners, the pair tend to keep to themselves and there has been no official comment from ScarJo yet. The 28-year-old did, however, let a huge sparkler on her ring finger do the talking at the 70th Annual Venice International Film Festival where she was promoting her new film Under the Skin.
This will be Scarlett’s second marriage, as she was divorced from actor Ryan Reynolds in 2010 after two years of being married.
Congratulations Scarlett!

Beyoncé’s Gucci Costumes
Beyoncé’s Mrs Carter Show has been making its way around the world for some time now and she’s already managed to make headlines for her costumes. Her next stop is Latin America and with eight dates over the month of September, and a the unveiling of new outfits by none other than Gucci, we’re sure she’ll be hitting those headlines yet again.
During her New York shows in August, two of the new outfits were on display — one a fully embroidered mini dress embellished with metallic sequins and feathers, and the other a black embroidered three quarter sleeve V Neck beaded top with white silk stretch trousers.
While we have no word yet how many new outfits to expect, or what they may look like, Creative Director of Gucci, Frida Giannini, gave us some hint, saying, “Designing for Beyonce was great fun as she always puts on an amazing live show. I wanted the outfits to bring to life the assertive, powerful femininity I see in her performances. Her sheer talent, work ethic and uncompromised authenticity are her defining characteristics.”
The collaboration comes after Bey joined forces with Gucci in the Chime for Change campaign that aims to convene, unite, and strengthen the voices speaking out for girls and women around the world.
