Spring Fling
Ingredients:
45ml gin
15ml apple liqueur
45ml red grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
3 lychees and a dash of syrup
Directions:
Muddle all fruit, lychee syrup in a cocktail shaker than add all ingredients with ice, shake and fine strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin wedge of apple.

Sea Breeze
Ingredients:
75ml cranberry juice, chilled
75ml grapefruit juice, chilled
40ml vodka
Lemon or lime slice to garnish
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice and serve.
The change in seasons also brings with it longer nights for enjoying garden parties and barbeques and there is no easier way to cater for a thirsty crowd than with a jug of cool cranberry sangria.
Cranberry Sangria
Ingredients:
1 litre cranberry juice
1 bottle red wine, chilled
4tbsp lime cordial
500ml carbonated water or lemonade, chilled
Lime slices, garnish
Directions:
Mix together the cranberry juice and red wine in a large jug or punch bowl. Add the lime cordial. Gently stir in the water or lemonade just before serving. Garnish with lime slice.
