SUPER REFRESHING BEAUTY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients (organic please!)
1 lettuce head
2 bunches of mint leaves
1 tablespoon of raw honey
3 peeled lemons
1. Leave all vegetables and leaves soaking in water and vinegar for 5 minutes to kill any parasites and to remove all chemicals sprayed. Then wash them in filtered water.
2. Blend all the ingredients in your high speed blender
