Although it may seem criminal to mess with an already tried-and-tested recipe, adding a little something extra can take your cocktail to the next level.
Mad for margaritas? Well they can taste just as fabulous when you swap the lime juice for pomegranate or grapefruit juice. Addicted to mojitos? Swap your standard rum for a flavoured one (mango is particularly refreshing!). You’ll be amazed at what works – and if it doesn’t, you’ll have fun making them!

Ainsbury Martini
The Drink: Tanqueray London Dry Gin shaken over ice with smashed cucumber, pressed apple juice and a hint of elderflower cordial.
Add to Shaker:
2 Cucumber chunks
Cubed ice
Tanqueray London Dry Gin 40ml
Elderflower 10ml
Apple Juice 20ml
Shake and strain
Add cucumber to garnish
Ruby Cooler
The Drink: Tanqueray London Dry Gin with pressed pink grapefruit, tonic and a hint of lime.
In a tall glass add;
Cubed ice
Tanqueray London Dry Gin 45ml
Pink Grapefruit Juice 60ml
Lime wedge
Tonic Water 40ml
