Tropical Turmeric Protein Balls
Makes approx. 18 balls.
1⁄2 CUP apricots
1⁄2 CUP prunes
1⁄4 CUP cashew butter
2 TBS IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Cold Pressed
Virgin Coconut Oil
1⁄2 CUP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-
Fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein Powder
1 TBS IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Sacha Inchi,
Turmeric + Gubinge Powder
1⁄4 CUP desiccated coconut
1⁄2 CUP chopped macadamias
COATING:
1⁄2 CUP desiccated coconut
1 TSP of IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Sacha Inchi, Turmeric + Gubinge Powder
- Place apricots and prunes in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add cashew butter, coconut oil and process until just combined.
- Add the IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein Powder, Organic Sacha Inchi, Turmeric + Gubinge Powder and desiccated coconut until well combined.
- Add the macadamia nuts and process briefly until just combined.
- Combine coating ingredients in a little bowl.
- Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in coconut turmeric coating. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Cacao Beetroot Truffles
Makes approx. 15 balls.
1⁄2 CUP prunes
1⁄4 CUP cashew butter
1⁄4 CUP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil
2 TBS raw honey
1⁄4 CUP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Cacao Powder
1 CUP almond meal
2 TBS IsoWhey Wholefoods Beetroot, Goji + Maqui Powder
PINCH OF sea salt
COATING:
1⁄4 CUP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Cacao Powder
2 TSP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Beetroot, Goji + Maqui Powder
- Place all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up a little.
- Roll mixture into tablespoon sized balls then roll in combined coating mix.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
TIP: If your mixture is too wet, add more almond meal. If it’s too dry add more coconut oil.
