‘Weddings by Luke Mangan’ is exclusively launching with an Open Day at Glass Brasserie on Saturday 31 March, for all you brides-to-be! Don’t let deciding on a menu turn you into Bridezilla; you and your groom will enjoy a complete sensory experience, the opportunity to meet leading celebrity chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan, sample his wedding cuisine and receive precious advice on menu planning!
Luke Mangan is regarded internationally for capturing the essence of Australia’s culinary culture through his truly inspired creations. Personally selected by Danish Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary to create their memorable wedding banquet, Luke has cooked on special request for esteemed personalities such as Bill Clinton, Sir Richard Branson and Tom Cruise. Luke’s menu at glass brasserie gained ‘One Hat’ in the Good Food Guide 2012.
Guests will also have access to the expertise of one of Australia’s most coveted wedding planners and planner to the stars, Anthony Del Col (of Staging Connections), who will highlight a plethora of inspired wedding options at Glass. A host of suppliers will also be on hand to turn wedding visions into a reality.
Group Sommelier at glass, Kim Bickley will host wine tastings from her award winning list and offer specialist tips and advice amongst glass wine bar’s visually spectacular wine cellar. Hilton Sydney rooms and unique venues Zeta Bar and Marble Bar will be available for viewing.
