To maintain a year-round summer glow, I love pairing illuminating products with bronzer. The first step is properly prepping skin with moisturizer – moisturisation is the key to achieving healthy glowing skin. And since there are many factors that can affect how skin looks and feels—including seasonal changes —you should have a variety of products and formulas to choose from based on your skin’s changing needs.

After applying your skincare, you can then use an illuminating primer, like Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm as your moisturiser, or if your skin is extra dry, you can layer it on top of your moisturiser.
Follow with your foundation or tinted moisturiser to give skin a subtle, lit-from-within look.
Next, apply corrector and concealer to lighten any darkness under eyes. To create a healthy, sun-kissed complexion, dust bronzing powder onto the areas when the sun naturally hits your face – like the forehead, cheeks and chin.
The most natural-looking bronzers have predominantly brown tones with a bit of red to them. Avoid bronzers that are orange-toned; these look artificial on any skin tone. Pick your shade based on how you tan naturally.
If the bronzer looks muddy on skin, the shade is too dark. If you’ve been blessed with a porcelain complexion, even the lightest bronzers and self-tanners will look unnatural so try a soft pink or apricot blush to warm up your complexion instead.
Sometimes, bronzer alone can appear dull so apply blush to the apples of your cheeks to brighten up your complexion. To further enhance your all over glow, and to further set makeup, lightly dust an illuminating powder like our new Nude Illuminating Powder all over the face. It gives the skin a pretty sheer glow, and I love how it can be worn on bare skin or over makeup
