The Diet ranks food based on how glucose is release into the blood stream. If not understood correctly this can be a little misguiding. Let’s get real any diet that says eating a diet high in butter, animal fat and cheese can’t be good for you. Overall the Atkins diet is a quick fix that in the long-term you are placing your body in jeopardy.
